Refund policy

We want you to love it. Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, as long as they're unworn and in their original packaging.

A few details:
Email info@navala.au with your order number to start a return or exchange.
Exchanges: we cover return postage with a prepaid satchel. Refunds: return postage is covered by you.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged.
Sale items are final sale.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of arriving back with us.
