Exchange Policy
At Navala, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide a store credit for the value of the item(s), excluding shipping costs, within 7 days of delivery.
Please Note:
- Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- Sale items, including those from sample sales, are final and not eligible for exchanges, returns, or store credit.
- Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, to qualify for an exchange.

If you cannot use the portal, please email us at info@navala.com.au with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Please note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Be sure to package the item securely, as we are not liable for items damaged in transit.
Refund Policy
While we typically do not offer refunds, exceptions can be made under certain circumstances. If the product you received is flawed or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
Please Note:
- A 5% cancellation fee (with a minimum of $5) will be charged on any canceled orders to cover transaction costs.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to any refunded orders, and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Warranty
All of our jewelry is tested to ensure it will not tarnish within 12 months, provided our care guidelines are followed. We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults with proof of purchase. This warranty covers defects only and excludes general wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage caused by misuse. If your item has a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
